Bonuses represent additional compensation in the ACTIV8 compensation plan. They are designed to earn faster than base commissions, stimulate downline leadership attendance, and provide additional compensation for dedicated leaders at ARIIX.

Thus, any "bonus" paid in the ACTIV8 compensation plan is contingent on the dedicated effort to strengthen ARIIX exclusively. This does not mean that bonuses will end immediately if a Representative chooses to join or participate in another MLM business. However, failure to actively participate in ARIIX while actively and publicly participating in another multi-level marketing company that affects ARIIX's reputation due to statements made in public may result in the termination of all Activ8 bonuses. The conditions for determining the loss of one's bonds include direct references to ARIIX regarding:

• The scope of the exit advertising

• Badmouthing ARIIX, its products, management, or field leaders

• Disclose confidential information

• Breach of Policies and Procedures

• Contrasts or direct comparisons of ARIIX with the competition

• The degree to which ARIIX sales, made by the Representative, decreased to the competition  alternative

  As a professional courtesy and in an attempt to help Representatives maintain their bonuses, ARIIX will notify leaders of significant rank at ARIIX, who choose to publicly create another business, if such advertising jeopardizes their ARIIX bonuses.

  Despite the potential loss of the bonuses, as long as the terms of the agreements are maintained, a representative will continue to receive base commissions regardless of the publicity of their departure.
