MICRONUTRIENTS (NUTRACEUTICALS) AND MACRONUTRIENTS

For a healthy physical condition, it is recommended to eat 5 to 7 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables per day to obtain sufficient fiber needs, especially if you want to lose or maintain weight.  

Drink 6 to 8 glasses with natural water a day  (much better with  puritii super filter).

Important in children, respect the age of 2 years of maturation of their organism at least for any supplementation, since it could cause future allergies or intolerances.  

It is suggested to follow the cellular nutrition program for at least 4 months.
