Return process

A Member or Representative may return less than a total of $ 250 USD worth of unused products in a continuous six-month period. All returns must be net of ALL commissions and bonuses paid that would NOT have been earned if the returned purchase had not been made. Negative volume should go up in the tree the week it was returned.

In the event that the returned volume creates less than 0 volume points on any line, such negative volume will remain on the buy line until positive volume is generated to offset.

All products returned through Preferred Customers and individual purchases in which that particular volume has "self-balanced" must self-balance negatively during the week of their return. Any positive volume generated during the return week will self-balance once the negative volume has self-balanced. This gives the Representative the highest probability that such returns will not result in the inability to optimize lines or earn maximum commissions as a result of returns.

In the event that negative self-balancing (payback) volume creates less than 0 revenue, that volume will remain (“on reserve”) until volume is generated to shift it.

ARIIX can evaluate patterns in returns to ensure that high sales weeks are not consistently returned in weeks with excess volume on pay lines. It is understood that sometimes, the impact of a purchase or return may affect a Representative either negatively or favorably based on the timing of the return. However, ARIIX will not "look back" at the full impact such returns may have on title, commissions, bonuses or incentives earned if the purchase had not occurred in the first place or if the return did not happen in a moment. specific.

A Member or Representative who returns more than a total of $ 250 USD worth of unused products in a continuous six month period is a voluntary termination unless otherwise provided by ARIIX. As such, returned purchases will be subject to any discount or restocking fees. In addition, the effect of the return should be as if the purchase had never occurred. Therefore, the value of returned items will be reduced by all commissions, bonuses, trips, incentives or any other form of payment or remuneration that has been awarded or earned as a result of the purchases. Furthermore, since the purchase is invalidated, based on the return, the earning position activation itself or subsequent commission qualification cycles may be adversely affected. The negative volume of the return should go up in the tree the week it was returned.
